Common questions
What makes GridCraft Labs different from Track Titan or Trophi.ai?
We go exclusively deep on iRacing — not ACC, F1, or LMU. Our AI (Slick) understands iRating math, SR gain/loss behavior, license class thresholds, and iRacing-specific car models. That specificity means better advice, not generic coaching dressed up with a sim racing skin.
Do I need to give GridCraft Labs my iRacing password?
iRacing account linking (Enthusiast tier) uses your iRacing credentials to authenticate with the official iRacing Data API. This is handled securely over HTTPS through our servers — we never store your plain-text password, and we only pull read-only data (results, iRating, SR).
What is an IBT file?
iRacing automatically records every session as an .ibt binary telemetry file on your PC (found in Documents/iRacing/telemetry). Pro and Enthusiast members can upload these files to GridCraft Labs for AI-powered lap-by-lap analysis covering braking, throttle, corner entry, corner exit, and setup recommendations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancel at renewal. No contracts.
