GridCraft Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates gridcraftlabs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By using our service, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not sell your data

We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Full stop.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and chosen display name when you create an account.
• iRacing data — iRating, Safety Rating, and race results if you voluntarily link your iRacing account.
• Telemetry files — IBT lap data you upload for AI analysis. Files are stored securely and only accessible to you.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and AI chat message counts (not content) to enforce tier limits.
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Cookies — session cookies to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the GridCraft Labs service.
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To power AI coaching features (your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to their Privacy Policy).
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use row-level security so your data is only accessible to you. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@gridcraftlabs.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data (available on request).
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

Children's privacy

GridCraft Labs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
